The framework was made for our people by our people, using input from on the ground experts across the business to share their insights. This information forms the crux of the initiative, providing our people with an easy-to-use guide on how to perform crucial tasks throughout a project, making sure there is a strong level of consistency across the business.

So far, we’ve awarded 2640 competencies and recent discussions with the team at Te Pūkenga (formerly ARA) are allowing our framework to be recognised as a record of prior learning, meaning team members will have the opportunity to use their internal achievements towards an official diploma program.
